細胞株認証

論文投稿の際にヒト細胞株の認証を求められました。どういったデータを示せばいいですか？

一般論としては、特定のローカス（遺伝子座）の遺伝子型を、STR (Short Tandem Repeat) kitで決定することにより可能です。詳細は投稿規定や、雑誌の編集部にご確認ください。Cancer Research誌を発行しているAACR (American Association of Cancer Research)のウェブサイトや、International Journal of Cancer誌の投稿規定では、STR解析を細胞株の認証方法として紹介しています。
